DNA/RNA extraction

METYS offers a complete range of standard and customized extractions from a wide variety of matrices (microbial strains, water, soil, plants, air, complex ecosystems, etc.), enabling them to be used for multiple applications: HT-qPCR and ddPCR, short or long fragment NGS sequencing. DNA/DNA-HMW/RNA/mRNA nucleic acid extraction protocols follow a sequence of steps. Purifications are then carried out to ensure that the DNA/RNA quality meets the requirements of the target application; fragment size, purity and concentration being key parameters guaranteeing the quantity and quality of the data produced.
