The GeT-PlaGe Platform
Focusing on genomics and transcriptomics applications, INRAE’s GeT-PlaGe service unit is a cutting-edge technology platform located at INRAE’s Toulouse center. A 25-strong team works closely with research teams in animal and plant sciences, the environment and ecology, to offer at public and private research teams the applications they need to meet their research challenges. It is involved as a partner in some thirty national and European projects, as well as in numerous networks structuring genomics in France and Europe: GeT, Genotoul, ISC INRAE Genomics, France Génomique, IBiSA.
GeT-PlaGe is also ISO9001-2015 and NFX50-90 certified, and has established a long-standing partnership with the Genotoul-Bioinfo bioinformatics platform for data management and the development of new applications.

INRAE Transfert Genomics and Transcriptomics (GeT-IT)
Since 2015, GeT-PlaGe and INRAE Transfert have joined forces to create the GeT-IT service, which develops and markets a range of genomics, metagenomics and transcriptomics services tailored to the expectations of private research.
Backed by state-of-the-art genomics and transcriptomics expertise and tools, GeT-IT’s offer includes a complete workflow from nucleic acid extraction to bioinformatics and biostatistical analysis of your data:
